How are orders delivered?
All orders to the UK mainland are despatched via our courier Interlink Express and require a signature upon delivery.
How much is delivery?
Delivery to the UK mainland is a flat rate of £3.99 for all orders no matter how big or small the order.
How much is International delivery?
For orders outside the UK a flat rate of £9.99 applies to all destinations.
How long does delivery take?
We aim to deliver your order within 2-5 working days when items are in stock. We aim to have all items in stock at all time, but may occasionally be out of stock for short periods. If delivery will be delayed in any way you will be notified by e-mail immediately.
What if an item in my order is out of stock?
If for any reason an item is out of stock you will be contacted immediately, and we will offer an alternative or a refund.
What if I miss my delivery?
If you miss delivery via our courier you will be carded and you can arrange a re-delivery or collect your order at their nearest depot.
